SERVICE FOR MISSIONARY WORK

Hope Ministry is a “portal mission”. A door between the world and the affiliated ministries in Colombia and Ecuador, which Hope Ministry cooperates with.

Hope Ministry is a serviceorgan. An administrative distributory channel, between the outreach ministries and the rest of the world. A window between the rescue missions in Colombia and Ecuador and the rest of the world.

Hope Ministry cooperates with autonomous ministries in Colombia and Ecuador.

Hope Ministry owns and leads no missions, but should to be viewed as an cooperational organ in those areas, where Hope Ministry offer to help. Hope Ministry respects the independence of each ministry with all this entails..

LEADERSHIP STYLE

Hope Ministry does not have a hierarchical system. We do not work, as "upstair and downstairs". We work, as equals, brothers and sisters of the Lord. We do have different functions however, but no secular structures, based on worldly power. Our authority is solely based on, who we are in Christ.

Flemming og Merryann Kjær are the daily administrators of Hope Ministry with our headquarters in the capital city of Ecuadors, Quito.
